RETURN POLICY

We want you to love the photograph you receive, but if that's not the case, World of Color Photography accepts returns within 30 days of item delivery as recorded by the shipper. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of the item, less shipping and handling fees, will be refunded to the buyer if World of Color Photography judges the item to have been returned undamaged. If a framed photograph arrives damaged, please email customerservice@worldofcolorgallery.com within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged item, and we will instruct Federal Express to pick up the item for return at no extra charge. You will be sent a replacement photograph as soon as Fed-Ex receives the damaged item. Before returning an item, please Contact Us to receive a Return Authorization number. This number helps us ensure that your return is processed promptly and accurately.
